Finally Erewash Borough Council have got the littered area I reported near Twelve Houses cleaned up. Tipping begets more tipping and the so-called Neighbourhood Wardens need to keep their eyes open. This mess was there for far too long without action being taken. My complaint went in on the 1st April and it took until 26th April until the eyesore was cleared. Not good enough. I haven't heard a peep from Erewash since my first complaint! Customer care, it's more like customer scare. No wonder most Erewash residents don't bother to report things.
